Back in the day this Milwaukie, Oregon estate was home to an artist who painted and taught others to paint beautiful watercolors, and her fella, who loved all the PNW had to offer. Happy times and dinner parties, you can still feel the joy that was had here. This is a large home with lots to see so plan on spending time at this sale. I look forward to unpacking 50+ years of treasures. For now here's a short list of gems I saw on the top layer: Watercolor paintings both framed an unframed, art supplies, vintage plan chest, handweaved baskets, dishes and glassware for every occassion, holiday decorations, vintage linens, vintage books, duck decoys, duck calls, ammo, fishing poles and gear, vintage glass insulators, a fire hydrant, furniture, GE refrigerator/freezer, Whirlpool freezer, general kitchen and household items, tools and garage goods, yard and garden tools, outdoor decor, and more.
