Directions and information: It is just a minute off of I-5. Head west on Pioneer. After the first round about it will be on the left side. However, because Pioneer Street is so busy, its isn't safe to cross traffic into the parking area.  For safety purposes, you will need to go to the next roundabout and come back to turn right into the field for parking.  We will have an overnight guard on the property all weekend. No early birds please. Also, our food cart cancelled. If you plan to stay for the entire auction, plan accordingly.

Estate Sale in the home and garage -  Thursday, 7/20/23 - early afternoon, Saturday, 7/22/23

Farm Equipment is Auction Only on Saturday, 7/22/23. Preview available during the estate sale hours and at 8am on the morning of the auction. We will also take in-person absentee bids on Thursday, 7/20 and Friday, 7/21 while the estate sale is open. Unsold items in the estate sale will also be up for auction on Saturday afternoon. 

As a former dairy farm kid, this one is near and dear to me. While it hasn't been an operating dairy for many years, all the goods are still there waiting in the hay barn, the milk parlor, and the family home built in 1950. It has tractors and farm equipment both new and vintage, a house full of collectible favorites, plus many other treasures waiting to be repurposed or upcycled. We have started set-up in the house and the some of the barns. We will continue to add pictures as we set-up.
